KLARMASS separates two questions that are usually mixed up: what your organisation needs, and under which conditions the work should be processed. This page explains both, and how you can begin.

This page describes the commercial and protection architecture we are building. Pricing is not published, the trial is not yet operational, and the design partner programme is currently held. Nothing here can be purchased on this website.

Structured early participation: you work on real questions with us and shape how the method develops. This is not ordinary product availability.

The trial we are preparing

The intention is a professional trial you can complete on your own: fourteen days, no payment details, a bounded number of work products and external checks, a clear end, and no subscription that starts by itself. It is not switched on yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Product packages

Packages describe organisational capability: how many people work with KLARMASS, how much shared governance you need, how deeply it has to fit into your administration. They do not describe how well your work is protected.

What exists today

Only the controlled prototype operating model runs today: a work product is examined, claims, evidence, resolutions and decisions are recorded, and review by a second person is possible. Everything marked "Planned" above is target architecture — not usable today and not orderable. No package can currently be purchased.

Pricing

Prices are in validation and are deliberately not published. We would rather show you nothing than a number we would have to withdraw. For Enterprise and customer-controlled deployment an individual offer is intended.

Your work. Your protection level.

The package answers: what do we need? The protection level answers a different question: how, and under whose control, should KLARMASS run? The two are chosen separately, and a smaller organisation does not get a weaker baseline.

Professional baseline protection is not a premium feature.

Protection does not start at Enterprise

Every offering that we approve for confidential professional work has to meet the same KLARMASS baseline before that use is permitted. Higher protection levels add isolation, control, deployment choice, governance, integration and contractual assurance — they are not the first responsible level of security.

Minimum necessary disclosure

An architecture principle we are working towards: the less professional content has to leave your environment, the smaller the question of trust becomes. We are designing KLARMASS so that only what is genuinely needed for a check crosses a processing boundary. This is a direction of development, not a feature you can switch on today.

Support around the product

The product remains the point. These services exist so that it is actually used well, not to turn KLARMASS into a consultancy.

Onboarding: Getting started with your own documents and your own way of working.
Governance setup: Establishing how your organisation wants to work with inspection, review and recorded decisions. This is organisational support, not legal advice.
Team training: Practical training on the method and the product. No certificate is issued and no KLARMASS certification exists.
Enterprise implementation: Rollout, roles, integration and administration in larger organisations.
Premium support: Agreed response arrangements for organisations that depend on the service in daily work.

Questions we are asked

Can I buy KLARMASS today?: No. There is no checkout on this website, no active subscription and no published price. Today the way in is a conversation.
Does the package decide how secure my work is?: No. The package decides organisational capability. Protection is a separate decision, and the baseline is the same for everyone.
Can I use KLARMASS for confidential client documents?: Not yet. Under the current processing boundary only synthetic, deliberately redacted or otherwise non-confidential work products may be processed.
Do Enterprise EU or Private exist already?: No. Both are target architecture. We will say they are available when they are, and not before.
Does KLARMASS decide for me?: No. KLARMASS makes the evidence situation visible and records what was decided. The professional judgment, and the responsibility for it, stay with you.
