Work products, findings, decisions and review history belong to a workspace. Roles are assigned inside the workspace — you cannot give yourself a role. After creating an account you choose explicitly whether to join an existing workspace or open a new one.

Prototype processing boundary: this environment may only be used with synthetic, deliberately redacted, or otherwise non-confidential documents. The data processing, storage region and retention conditions of the AI service used for inspection have not been verified for this project.
